Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product received is different from the details provided, specifications agreed, or product information shared at the time of purchase.
- If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order details, customers can request an exchange.
- Returns must be requested within the approved time period after delivery.
- The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Refund Policy
Mattress Ocean does not provide cash refunds for returned products.
In case of an approved return or exchange, customers can choose another product of the same value or adjust the amount according to the new product selected.
Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers mattress sagging issues only according to our warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fabric damage or wear and tear
- Stains, burns, cuts, or misuse
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Normal changes due to usage
The warranty applies only to manufacturing-related sagging issues and does not include fabric or appearance-related concerns.
